YOGA

taught by Florian is suitable for absolute beginners up to
advanced students. It is presented in a challanging, meditative
and alignment based style.
YOGA
MEDITATION WORKSHOPS include
Asanas, Meditation, Pranayama and Relaxation. The combination of
classical and unusual yoga asanas with meditation and breathing
exercises will balance and strengthen your body and mind.
Inspiration and information for self practice will be given.

FLORIAN
started
his spiritual journey when he lived 12 years as a Buddhist monk
in Asia. He has been learning and teaching yoga in Asia, Europe
and Australia.
Florian’s
YOGATRAINING
started
with Yogarchariya
Venkatesh
(India) and continued with Paddy
Mc Grath
(Australia). He attended several levels of Yoga Teacher
Training (including yoga-therapy and pregnancy) with Nicky
Knoff
(Australia). Additional Florian is attending workshops of Aadil
B. Palkhivala
(India).
